At Fearless and Flawed (and Conceptiv Ltd.), we take the responsibility of capturing, using, and safeguarding guest content seriously. Our commitment to ethical media practices means every conversation is treated with integrity, and every guest’s voice and image are respected.
1. Consent-Based Recording
We record both audio and video during podcast sessions, including any informal pre- or post-conversation segments. All recordings are conducted with informed consent. Guests are made aware of the recording in advance and have the option to decline the inclusion of specific segments before publication.
2. Use of Guest Content
Audio and video recordings are used solely for the production and promotion of the Fearless and Flawed podcast episode in which the guest appears. We do not reuse, repurpose, clone, or synthesize guest voices or likenesses for any other purpose without explicit, written permission.
3. AI Use – Assistive, Not Generative
We use AI tools to support the production process—such as transcription, audio cleanup, content summarization, and minor editing. These tools are assistive only. We do not use AI to:
- Generate or simulate voices or faces
- Alter guest speech beyond standard audio clean-up
- Replace or fabricate content
- Create synthetic media
Every voice and face you hear or see belongs to a real person, captured in a real conversation.
4. Ethical Boundaries
We do not use AI in any way that:
- Misleads audiences or misrepresents guest views
- Manipulates media to create false impressions
- Violates copyright or privacy rights
- Creates content that is harmful, discriminatory, or exploitative
5. Guest Rights & Requests
Guests retain the right to:
- Request edits or removals before publication
- Ask questions about how their content will be used
- Withdraw consent prior to final release (within reasonable production timeframes)
6. Data & Privacy Protections
All recordings and related data are stored securely. We follow industry best practices to protect privacy and comply with evolving global standards (including the EU AI Act and relevant data protection laws).
7. Changes to This Policy We may update this Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will notify you of any significant updates.
