Rhea Lana Riner

Rhea Lana Riner is the founder of Rhea Lana’s Children’s Consignment, a nationally recognised franchise model that has grown to more than 120 locations across 26 US states.

What began nearly 30 years ago as a single living-room sale to help her family make ends meet has evolved into a multimillion-dollar business built on trust, community, and operational excellence. Known for pioneering boutique-style pop-up consignment events, Rhea Lana disrupted a traditional retail category by combining technology, systems, and seasonal event momentum.

Along the way, she navigated a nine-year legal battle with the US Department of Labor, testified before Congress, pivoted her business model under pressure, and led her franchise network through the challenges of COVID, all while mentoring thousands of women into business ownership.

An introvert by nature and a leader by necessity, Rhea Lana is passionate about helping women build sustainable businesses, reclaim their confidence, and grow without burnout. Her work stands as proof that you don’t need hype to scale, just clarity, courage, and the willingness to stay in the fight.
